SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Will I get confirmation of my order?

A: We would send you an order confirmation email when you place your order.

If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order please check your spam folder first; and if there is no email kindly contact us to let us know at: orders@sofaconvertibles.com .

When your order has shipped from our fulfillment partners’ warehouse, another email would be sent to you with the tracking information.

 

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

 A: We happily provide Free Ground Delivery on all orders from our website.

 

Q: How long would it take to deliver an order?

A: Normally most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. And then it takes another 7 – 12 business days to deliver to our customers, once the order has been shipped from our fulfillment centers in USA/Canada.

Q: I am apprehensive about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to order from your website?

A: Yes, submitting your credit information on our website www.sofaconvertibles.com is absolutely safe and secure. Your credit card information is only used for processing the order; and the data is transferred through a 256-bit encryption system - the same security infrastructure that is used by banks/government agencies.

 

Q: What kind of payment systems do you accept?

A: We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can also choose to pay for your purchase by using PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Wallet.

 

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: IF applicable, we collect sales tax only where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.
